Inter Mezzo Sporting Club controls the information it collects to administer Lega Inter Mezzo. Lichess and any rating federation used as a rating source operate separately under their own terms and privacy notices.

Privacy notice
This notice describes the data model for Lega Inter Mezzo. Registration is currently closed, so no new league registration data is being accepted through the public website.
Information used
When registration opens, the league may hold account contact details, Lichess username and account identifiers, rating-source information, organisation and team membership, squad role, availability, fixtures, results, transfers, disciplinary and appeal records, audit history, and guardian-consent/safeguarding records where applicable.
Public sporting information
Public competition pages normally use Lichess usernames alongside organisation, team, rating class, division, fixtures, results and sporting statistics. Real names, email addresses, private admin notes, safeguarding records and private disciplinary material are not published merely because a player competes.
Purpose
Information is processed to administer registrations and eligibility, verify competition accounts, classify teams, schedule games, publish sporting results, operate transfers and reserve cover, protect fair play, handle disputes and appeals, provide safeguarding, run governance votes and maintain an auditable competition record.
Under-18 players
Guardian consent is required before an under-18 player can be activated. Safeguarding records are restricted to authorised roles and are not part of the public player profile.
Retention
Private operational competition records are normally retained for 24 months after the relevant season, subject to any longer period required for an unresolved dispute, safeguarding matter or legal obligation. Public sporting history may be retained indefinitely as the club’s historical record, with pseudonymisation where appropriate and lawful.
Security and access
Competition administration is role-restricted and significant changes are audit logged. Authentication tokens and private operational records must not be exposed through public APIs or pages.
Your rights
UK data-protection rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection depending on the circumstances and lawful basis. Requests can be made using the club contact route below.
